AMEND Senate Bill No. 62 as amended by House Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 at subsection (a), § 902 of Title 19 of the Delaware Code by inserting after “Chapter.” the following:
“Notwithstanding the first sentence of this section, employers who employ ten or less employees shall pay wages of a rate not less than $6.15 per hour in any occupation, except as may be otherwise provided under this Chapter.”.
