AMEND House Bill No. 37, as amended, by deleting the existing enactment clause and replacing thereto as follows:
"BE IT ENACTED BY THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 37, as amended, by striking the Synopsis in its entirety and substituting a new Synopsis to read as follows:
"SYNOPSIS
"This Act bans open containers of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and provides a civil penalty.".

This Amendment makes a technical correction to the Bill as this Bill does not require a 2/3rds vote. |
