"AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF BUDGETED STATE AGENCIES WITH RESPECT TO THE EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES OF SUCH AGENCIES. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. Section 12-391 of the 2006 supplement to the general statutes, section 12-640 of the general statutes and 12-642 of the 2006 supplement to the general statutes are repealed. (Effective from passage and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2006)"
