| AN ACT concerning gaming.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 16 as follows:
|

| Sec. 16. Annual Report of Board. The
The Board shall make |

| an
annual report to the Governor, for the period ending |

| December 31 of each
year. Included in the report shall be an |

| account of the Board
actions, its financial position and |

| results of operation under this Act,
the practical results |
| 12 |
| attained under this Act and any recommendations for
legislation |
| 13 |
| which the Board deems advisable. |
