AMEND Senate Bill No. 36 on line 87 by inserting after “§ 5938” the following:
“(h) No dues or fair share fees shall be deducted from any State employee’s paycheck whose position is covered under this Section without said employee consenting in writing to such action.”.

This Amendment provides paycheck protection to State employees who are covered by this collective bargaining act. |
