Vote to pass a bill amending the Kentucky Revised Statutes to authorize voters registered as Independents to vote in the primary election

-Requires that a person be registered as an independent by December 31 immediately preceding the primary (Section 4, KRS 116.055). -Limits a person registered as an independent to voting in only 1 primary per election cycle (Section 4, KRS 116.055). -Defines 'registered independent' as a person who is not a member of a political party (Section 4, KRS 118.015).
